Meet Your Coach, Danyele Wilson

As a lifelong athlete and NASM certified coach, I’ve helped thousands of women around the world build self-confidence and achieve sustainable results. My goal with SPARC is to create a platform for women that provides all the tools you need to effectively change your life – physically, mentally, and in every way that matters.

 

My approach to fitness is less about what you are trying to lose (fat, lbs, or inches), and instead focuses on everything you stand to GAIN through the process.
