Yes! The workouts can be completed at home or the gym. You’ll just need a few pieces of equipment – dumbbells, mat, resistance bands, and a stabilizer ball.

I love this question. All of my workouts are designed from super beginner to advanced! The training meets you where you are at and progresses with you.

The Every Woman Challenge will be available in the PRETTY MUSCLES app. The challenge will be available a couple of days before the official start date.
