Now it’s time to FINISH SUMMER STRONG with my 4-week challenge. Workout with me five times a week with 30-minute sessions – that way, you can be in and out to do what you need to do for the rest of the day.
I don’t have a gym membership. Can I still do the challenge at home? Absolutely! I designed this challenge so that you can complete it at home or the gym.
I’m a total beginner or getting back to fitness. Is this challenge doable? Yes! The challenge is perfect for all fitness levels. It comes with rest days built into the challenge and easy-to-follow training sessions. You can always customize your training by increasing or decreasing weights or modifying moves.

Are there rest days?
There are two rest days per week. The workout sessions are a combination of HIIT and strength.

Dumbbells and resistance bands are what you’ll need for the challenge.
