You do not need a gym membership to do the challenge. We have the at-home and gym options you can choose from.
The Drop It Like It’s Hot Challenge is for all fitness levels.
The challenge is available in the PHIVE app. It will be available a couple of days before the official start date.
The challenge is 5 weeks. It starts Monday, February 20th, and runs till Sunday, March 26th, 2023.
For the at-home program, you will need a mat, bench/chair, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
